Our consultancy & Label covers (but is not limited to):

• Artist development

• Marketing and branding guidance

• Industry networking advice

• Contract and deal evaluation (non-legal & legal)

• Career planning and growth strategies

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Services are offered by appointment only.

• Fees are due in full prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via [Mpesa, PayPal, bank transfer].

• Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see below).

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours.

• If we cancel a session, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and recommendations provided during sessions are the intellectual property of [Benjamin Otwal LLC], unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and any information shared during consultancy sessions will be kept confidential. However, we are not bound by attorney-client privilege, and you should not disclose sensitive legal or financial information unless necessary.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, deals, or results. Success in the music industry depends on many external factors beyond our control.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Benjamin Otwal LLC] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion. Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Services without a refund.
